Shipping, Orders & Returns

Shipping Options & Costs
Spain
We offer two shipping options for orders within Spain:
Standard Shipping (Free)
Includes a longer dispatch and delivery time.
Express Shipping (Paid)
Includes priority dispatch and faster delivery.

International Orders
We offer two international shipping options:
Worldwide Shipping – Flat Rate
A low-cost international shipping option.
Worldwide Shipping – Boutique Pedal, Secure Delivery
A premium shipping service with priority handling, enhanced tracking, and additional security.
Shipping prices depend on destination and package weight and are calculated at checkout.

Dispatch Time
“Dispatched” refers to the time between placing your order and when it is handed to the carrier.
Dispatch time varies depending on:
• Shipping method selected
• Production schedule
• Order volume
Premium services (Express and Boutique Pedal, Secure Delivery) receive priority dispatch.
Dispatch time does not include carrier transit time.
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued to the customer, the order is considered final and in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or voided.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide.
All import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the carrier or customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Payment & Chargebacks
Once an order has been dispatched and delivered, ownership of the product transfers to the customer.
Any chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute does not cancel the sale or transfer ownership back to Súper.
If a payment is reversed after delivery, the customer is legally required to either:
• Repay the full amount, or
• Return the product in perfect condition at their expense.
Failure to do so constitutes unpaid delivered goods.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:
• In perfect condition
• With all original packaging and contents
If the item is damaged, missing parts, or shows excessive wear, a restocking fee of up to 75% of the item’s value may apply.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom-built or made-to-order pedals are not eligible for refund, except in the case of defect or shipping damage.
