How to Return an Item: Contact our customer service team at info@superpedals.com to initiate the return process. Simply pack the item securely. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Packaging and Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part in the order.
Product Condition: It is important that the product is returned in perfect condition, with all original components and packaging. If any items are missing or the product is damaged, a fee of up to 75% of the item’s value may be applied.
Refunds or Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
